Our services are available in a variety of options:

• Managed Services (monitoring of active components on site);
• Managed Change Services (implementing changes in active components on site);
• Support (Help desk/Service desk) on a per-project basis (e.g. during roll-out) or as a (longer-term) Managed Service;
• Maintenance (maintaining components and keeping them up to date).

Which option you choose depends on the tasks you wish to manage yourself.

One precondition for all Managed Service options is that we retain (remote) access to the relevant active network components.
